Paynxt provides technology services that enable businesses to initiate bank transfers via licensed financial institutions.

Paynxt does not hold or process funds.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since Paynxt provides software access and technology infrastructure, fees paid for platform usage are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate billing
• Technical errors attributable to Paynxt

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Bank transfer failures caused by incorrect beneficiary details
• Banking partner delays
• Regulatory holds
• User errors
• Service usage

4. Cancellation

Businesses may discontinue the platform at any time by providing written notice.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
